![]() If anyone's had any similar issues or got any suggestions I'd really appreciate it if you could leave a message down below. Support has been pretty useless so far only claiming they have no idea and asking me to dump a bunch of stuff from debug which is pretty hard to do while working in a broadcast enviroment Looks and sounds completely fine on their "Low Res" admin view and stream health always shows what it should be showing. ![]() Was streaming at the recommended 1080p 5mbps bitrate at 25fps (we're based in the UK). Streaming hardware is the usual, Blackmagic 2M/E Production Studio 4K with the rest of their gear in a rack, we have a gigabit leased line in the studio so almost certain it's not the network. Audio was randomly cutting out for up to a minute at random intervals, the video would suddenly start stuttering and freezing, seemed to be completely random. In short, I'm not sure if it's something I did wrong but Vimeo shit the bed for us during a live event. We're a livestreaming company, thought we'd try out Vimeo Live as it allows unbranded embedding with domain restrictions for use on our new events platform.
